MY NAME SAJID MY BROTHER AZHAR (PACIFIC MINING GROUP)AND I WERE INTRODUCED A GOLD AND DIAMOND MINING PROJECT BY DR SYAMSU THE VICE PRESIDENT OF BNI BANK FOREIGN INVESTMENT ARM JAKARTA .THE PROJECT WAS PRESENTED AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH LOCAL COMMUNITY AND ORGANISATIONS HERE IT WAS FAJURAL ISLAM RUN BY A DR YUSLIANI NOOR BASED IN MANDIANI KALIMANTAN .
AFTER MANY VISITS TO KALIMANTAN WITH DR SYAMSU TO LOOK AT THE PROJECT THAT WAS PRESENTED BY DR SYAMSU AND WE THOUGHT WAS VERIFIED BY BNI AS CORRESPONDENCE WAS DONE THROUGH OFFICIAL EMAILS WE ENDED UP INVESTING 1 MILLION US DOLLARS.
AFTER 3 MONTHS WE STARTED TO GET NEGATIVE FEELINGS ABOUT THIS AS FAJURAL ISLAM STARTED TO DEMAND MORE AND MORE MONEY FOR LICENSE FEES WE CONTACTED DR SYAMSU WHO SAID HE HAD CHECKED AND WAS INVOLVED IN THE PROCUREMENT OF THE LICENSE AND THAT THE AMOUNT WAS RIGHT.
WE DECIDED AFTER 6 MONTHS TO ASK FOR AN AUDIT OF THE COMPANY WHICH WAS RESISTED BY DR SYAMSU NEVER THE LESS WE CONTINUED WITH THIS PROCESS.THE AUDITOR FOUND THAT THE ACCOUNTS WERE WRONG AND THAT MONEY WAS BEING DIVERTED INTO OTHER ACCOUNTS AND COMPANIES FURTHER MORE WE FOUND THAT THE LAND PAPERS PRESENTED TO US WERE FALSE EVEN THOUGH DR SYAMSU HAD SAID BNI HAD VERIFIED THE PAPERWORK
WE HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THE BANK BUT ARE HAVING NO LUCK IN THIS DEPARTMENT ALSO THE LOCAL POLICE ARE DRAGGING THERE FEET IN RESPECT TO THIS AS IT INVOLVES MANY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS

Dear Bill,
As I discussed with pak Yusliani Noor that it would be better to go to the location after the exploration license in hand and we put fence around location, to avoid the local government is transferring the license to government state on mining company operates besides our location and also to avoid villager there involve to much in our location and increasing land pricing that we are still negotiating right now . All diamond mining company there very-very restricted handling people especially in processing site (only owner is allowed to enter the processing site).
Pak Yusliani Noor just submitted an exploitation report to local government as requirement for improving from exploitation to exploration license. If local government know that the location will be transfer to foreigner, the license will be terminated, and we should apply through Minister office in Jakarta and the cost will be very-very expensive.
We awaiting your team in Jakarta and we will discuss their plan that they are going to do in Banjarmasin . If pak Yusliani Noor agreed, we will booked ticket to banjarmasin.
